Welcome to our class…..where Acorns turn into Oak trees, and where play, talk and magic are part of every day.
We love to chat to you when you come to see us as we believe it is important that we all become Terrific Talkers. We will be learning lots of new words and we will be working hard to practice using them in sentences to share our ideas when we talk together.
We are at the beginning of our journey to becoming Masters of Mark Making and Meaning and we will be beginning to develop our listening and thinking skills to support our phonics learning. In our classroom we enjoy sharing stories and finding out new and exciting things from the books we read.
We will become Magnificent Mathematicians, learning all about numbers including how to count, recognise numbers and amounts as well as make each number as we progress. We will be exploring shape and space in our environment and finding patterns and making connections in all our learning.
As Incredible Investigators, we will be exploring the world around us and making connections between the people and places we see and know. Our new classroom, outside area, and the whole school field will become a new kingdom for us to conquer and explore!
You will see us becoming Crafty Creators as we paint, draw, sculpt, sing and dance in lots of different ways.
We are all Fantastic Friends in Early Years. We try to be kind and celebrate what makes us the same and what makes us different. You will always be welcomed into our classroom with our super smiles and friendly faces.
