Welcome to Howes Community Primary School. We are delighted that your child will be joining us and we look forward to meeting you soon.
If your child is going to join us at the beginning of the academic year in reception, we will be contacting you during the Summer term to let you know about the arrangements for you and your child to come into school so that we can start getting to know each other. There will be sessions for your child to come into school, a chance for us to visit your child at home and a session just for parents/carers which will be an opportunity for us to share lots of information with you. There will also be chance in the summer term to come and have a look around the school and see how amazing our children are so you can visualise your child’s pathway through the school. This doesn’t stop once your child is in school, we will be working very hard to ensure that your child has not only a settled and happy start to school life but that this continues throughout their Howes’ journey.
If your child is starting with us throughout the year, we will personalise their entry to school and we will welcome you in to visit the school and have that same experience.
